On our hike the true entomologist was mentoring and teaching the
youngest "want to be" entomologist. So thankful for friends
like this.
When I forgot to pack socks but Clare had tights....
when Clare forgot to pack Titus' shoes but girl shoes in the right
size are available!
Don't ever tell these two that
we let them hike in these outfits!
These two studying duff.
Millipedes produce secretions. Typically its just foul
smelling but some millipedes
actually use a form of cyanide.
(FYI... if you rub this in your eyes... it burns! Poor Merritt.)
Now they have moved on to study a rotting log.
