Today was a HUGE day! Render asked to start a journal. I would write his dictation and then he'd copy into his journal. It finally made the reading and writing "Click"! It was beautiful!
Sibley and Gaitz were assigned a history project... Pick a president and wife and create any project. They have chosen to dress up and tell about their president. Sibley as Martha Jefferson to talk about her husband, Thomas. Gaitz wanted to be Andrew Jackson because he heard he had a parrot BUT quickly realized Andrew might be "rough." ️Then he wanted to dress as Quincy, who liked to skinny dip.... Of course, I said NO!!
Lastly, Gaitz persevered through math today. It was gearing up to be a bad one ... But he said he wasn't going to let it get him down!!! He pushed through! I WAS SO PROUD!!!
