This was a wonderful book by one of our favorite authors.
The courageous men and boys that raced against the wilderness, Indians and time to
deliver the mail made for an exciting adventure. It also made
a story of the life lessons; determination, strength and honor.
Making necklaces that represented the mochila, mail, bullets
and sunsets.

giving a lesson about the route of the Pony Express.
