Walk Through Bethlehem

Every year our church puts together an interactive "walk through Bethlehem" for families in the community. It has become one of my favorite holiday traditions! Many thanks to all the volunteers!!

At the city gate the kids receive money pouches

Then to the market place. This year they were making clay pots.

Mr. Copeland as the inn keeper... Luckily there was room for us!

Making pillowcases in the Inn

Signing the census and paying taxes with the money they received when we got here.

Welcome to the palace

Of course, making crowns in the palace
Star gazer hill

"Did you pay your taxes?"

Ending the walk with scripture of Jesus' birth read by our youth.
Great job, guys! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful church family.
